In the IT services market, there are thousands of companies that look and sound alike. I worked with the MTS executive team to define a brand position that is inspired by the patient-centered care model that is the standard in healthcare. The new brand positions the company solidly in the healthcare market and sets it apart from a sea of look-alike competitors. I subsequently managed the internal and external brand launch ensuring the company maximized its impact.
The Practice-Centered Care brand position is now a company trademark and a focal point for innovation and growth.

Work
I worked with the CEO, executive team, and private equity firm to establish MTS as the leading provider of IT Services to healthcare practices. The engagement included four phases:
Strategic Identity
Facilitated the process of developing the Practice-Centered Care model to serve as a guide for strategic planning, operations, and marketing.
Brand Identity
Managed marketing and agency resources to develop the logo, creative concept, design direction and messaging for the new brand.
Brand Launch
Conducted an inventory of all touchpoints where customers experience the company and managed the process of updating them. Planned and executed an internal and external launch of the new identity.
Executive Development
Worked with leaders of sales, marketing, product development and service to align their business functions to the new model.
The new website emphasized thoughtful content designed to educate healthcare practice leaders.
